It is safe to transmit credit card orders only through our

Shipping note: Most bows are shipped by both UPS Ground and is our primary shipper. However in some cases we may ship via USPS Priority Mail, this is dependent on your zone. A valid delivery address is needed for both methods so we can determine the most affordable shipping method for your package. Thank you.. Estimated delivery times may vary, especially during peak times such as Christmas, etc. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO APPROXIMATELY 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY IN PEAK TIMES BETWEEN OCTOBER - DECEMBER, SO PLEASE ORDER EARLY!  If your order is more urgent please contact us and we will do our best to work you into our schedule and get your item to you on-time for your event.

Claims: Lost or damaged goods:

Our bows are a work of art. Unique. And as specialty items, custom made-to-order,  are nonrefundable. 7-Day Refund Policy (U.S. only): Refunds are issued only for the following exceptions : Your bow was "lost" in transit and never arrived. Or it arrived damaged. If your bow arrives damaged we will refund your original cost within seven (7) days (less return shipping) if it is returned to us UNused with its original packing.

Pricing/terms/specifications:
    Prices, terms, and specifications (i.e.: colors, sizes, materials) 
   are subject to change without notice. Prices are not subject 
   to negotiation.

Minimum order:
   There is not, and there has never been a minimum order requirement.
   There is not a fee for orders under a certain dollar amount. 
   We want your order, large or small.

Terms & Payment:
   We accept Phone Orders, Visa, MasterCard,  PayPal,  Money Orders and Personal Checks (personal checks must clear our bank up to 7 business days before we ship)  We do not ship c.o.d.
   This does not guarantee that we will accept any and all credit card orders.
   Do not send credit card numbers via e-mail.
   You may safely transmit your orders using our secure on-line order form.
   You may also "Buy It Now" and pay later with a check or money order. We will ship upon receipt of payment. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions.

Sales tax:
    Outside of North Carolina: sales tax is not charged.
    Within North Carolina: sales tax will be charged.

    We consider collecting any personal information from you without 
    your knowledge to be an invasion of your privacy.  This site DOES NOT 
    collect "cookies" or use any other sort of privacy invading program.
    However, if you order on-line, that site must (as do all on-line
    ordering sites), and therefore does use, cookies.
